Annual awards

Dodge College students celebrate their achievements at the annual student awards ceremony, the “Cecil Awards” in May.  Public Relations and advertising students are recognized for:

  • Public Relations Campaign of the Year: Given to the team that produces the most comprehensive, creative public relations campaign of the year.
  • Advertising Campaign of the Year: Recognizes the team that produces the most original, compelling and strategic advertising campaign of the year.
  • Best Entertainment Marketing Plan: Given to the most thorough and creative plan to promote a student film.
  • Best Commercial: Recognizes outstanding achievement in a commercial produced in class or independently.

Winners are chosen by a panel of faculty in the Dodge College.

PRSSA Gavotto Scholarship
