Tips

Picking up gear from the Goldroom?  Here's some tips on prepping your equipment during checkout:

  • Always remember to read your CONFIRMATION EMAIL before you pick up so that you know what's actually reserved.
  • You may request a copy of your Rental Agreement or confirmation email at any time.
  • Bring your actual production crew to prep. Have them use all of the equipment to ensure that everything works.
  • Orders are due back at or before 1:00 on the return date, so make sure you schedule appropriately.
